Telephone Advice

If you wish to discuss a problem with your doctor, please call in the morning after 8.30 am.  If medically urgent, the doctor will call you at some point on the same day. Routine telephone calls can be booked for future dates in advance - the doctor will then call you during that day.

Such advice is for matters that can be easily dealt with by a doctor by phone. If a telephone consultation is inappropriate, your doctor may suggest that you make an appointment to be seen at the surgery.

To find out test results or a routine matter, the receptionist is usually able to answer your query, please discuss with the receptionist before asking to be put through to your doctor.
